Klines is a klines ripoff [formerly a dead geocities link], which is itself modeled after the DOS "Color Lines" game.
Requires .NET.
Source is available if you ask. (I just haven't gotten around to posting it.)
Download klines here. That is an executable, not an installer. (Just copy it to your desktop and double-click to run.)
